Can I find Thai food in Lewis County? Yes! Yes you can
Living in Lewis County offers you some amazing things including spectacular views, affordable housing and much more.....however, there are fewer choices in dining, particularly ethnic dining experiences than are available in some of the surrounding Counties that are less rural....
So, I was happy to find a spot for Thai food in Lewis County.
That spot is Somsiri Thai Restaurant .
We stopped in and sampled what they had to offer recently.
We ordered Chicken Fried Rice, Beef Prihking and a Tofu dish with egg plant and peppers.
Of the 3 our favorite was the Tofu dish (you can order it with your choice of protein like most of their dishes.)
We ordered with 2 or 3 stars depending on the dish and it seems like 2 is a good solid 2 not spicier than you'd like and not too bland either. So, if you like a little spice you can order with out fear that your dish will be SO spicy you can't eat it.
The restaurant was clean and neat and they told me my order would take 15 minutes but, surprise, it actually only took 10.
They offer order to go and dining in. For to go orders I had a little trouble understanding when I called in. Service in the restaurant was fast and the order was exactly correct even though we asked for a couple of modifications.
Overall, if you like Thai and don't want to have to drive further than Chehalis you will likely be happy with Somsiri Thai as an option.
